IT'S EXAM TIME FOR THE THIRD CLASS ELVES. IF THEY DON'T WANT TO SPEND THE REST OF THEIR LIVES CLEANING UP AFTER THE LEMMINGS THESE ARE EXAMS THEY'VE GOT TO PASS.
The exams are in the form of a competition between two teams of young elves. Steve, a terrible ditherer by nature, has been appointed team captain for his team, much to the amusement of the opposition. Defeat is definitely on the cards.
And it seems as if the examiners have it in for Steve and his team as they are given one impossible task after another to complete. I mean, honestly - what tasty Christmas treat can you make out of a coconut, a bag of sprouts, a bottle of vinegar and some lentils?
And how do you gift wrap The Eiffel Tower?
But the exams pale into insignificance once the gnomes, the dull civil servants of Santa's realm decide they want to take over, lead by the nutty but evil Algernon.
